This card is made from a Sketch, from the Website 2Sketches4You. And is for a co-worker who is leaving for a different job. I used the paper and embellishments form My Creative Scrapbook's March Creative Kit for the card. The papers and Embellishments are Melody Ross's Homespun Collection.
